Annual Report 2019/20
CREATIVE | BRANDING | DESIGNSDIP is a joint initiative of the World Economic Forum and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Its mission is to address the systemic challenges to finance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by creating the conditions for capital to flow where it is needed the most.
We were asked to redesign the annual report for 2019/20, to bring it to life; to create a bold aesthetic that confidently reports SDIP’s important work and details its journey since its launch at the UN Conference on Financing for Development in 2015.
Developing the SDIP visual identity in the annual report.
SDIP’s visual identity has taken a big step forward. We established some key visual elements for the 2019/20 annual report, taking influences from the World Economic Forum’s strong Swiss styling of their publications, and also key projects such as the COSMOS (SDIP’s product that illustrates the SDG financing ecosystem in Sub Saharan Africa). The result is a report with a set of impactful and engaging graphic tools that provide a strong foundation for the development of the brand in the next report.
