Offender jouney infographic

Back in 2010 we asked by the Ministry of Justice’s National Offender Management Service (NOMS) to create a clear and concise visual platform for communication that would span the entire breadth of NOMS – one of the nation’s biggest Government agencies – to enable frank, cohesive and more visible communication.

We knew that as a public agency NOMS is heavily scrutinised. This meant that whatever we developed had to be a no frills presentation of the purpose to which policies and performance of the Service could be attached. It also had to resonate not only with internal audiences but the network of providers and partners in the public, private and third sectors that NOMS operates through.

Effectively an infographic that maps the offender journey, it is simple and easy to understand. It provides an important reference point for all stake-holders and we’re proud to report that has proven its worth by enduring the latest structural changes.
